SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
Currently, Ceremony only ships orders within the United States, and are unable to ship internationally. (We hope to change this in the future!) Because of the high value of our pieces, signature is required on all shipments to ensure delivery and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Processing times vary as each Ceremony piece is carefully made to order. Please allow a 3-4 week window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed.
We ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Your item will arrive in 2-3 business days once it has shipped.
We are happy to offer returns on any item within 5 business days for full store credit, or a refund minus a $200 restocking fee. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to this time frame. Please click here for instructions.
As soon as the returned item is received, we will issue store credit or refund the amount paid back to the purchaser (minus the $200 return fee) within two business days. The processing time for the amount to be reflected in your account will vary by bank.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on engraved or custom pieces.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Until the item has been marked ‘Delivered,’ Ceremony will assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, once the package has been delivered and signed for, Ceremony is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
